So this weekend was our first time going to the Fairfield County 4H fair. It's held at the zoo, so they do not have the kids enter animals, but everything else you would typically find there. My dd is a new 4H-er. She entered two pencil drawings she did of dragons, and an African Coleus plant that she has babied from a sprout. It got huge over the summer, even bigger than my plants! Well, it was the first time she entered, and she got a blue ribbon and a red ribbon for her drawings, a blue ribbon for her plant, and Best in Show in Horticulture for her plant! I am so proud!!

Just had to share with my farmsisters!

Farmgirl Hugs,
Nicole

Go Audrey! So fun to see the result of care, fortitude and sweat being rewarded with a ribbon!

Thanks, everyone! I plan on showing this to Audrey when she gets home from school. She is on cloud nine over her accomplishments.
