Hi girls -
I know some of you are interested in learning how to pressure can, so I thought you might be interested to know that on October 10th, at 3:00 PM EDT, 12:00 PM PDT, Ball Brand Fresh Preserving will be hosting: Canning 101: Ball Canning Live Web Event.
They will be teaching how to pressure can green beans - what a great start!
Here are the details, according to the email I received:
"Curious about pressure canning, but not sure where to start? Join us for a live demo on how to pressure can green beans. Jarden Home Brands canning expert Jessica Piper will demonstrate how a pressure canner works and show the steps to make pressure canning easy and safe."
They did not provide a link to the event in the body of the email, however I am sure that they will announce it on their website at www.freshpreservingstore.com soon. I'll be sure to let you know when and if I receive a link from them!
