We made Ratatouille with all veggies and herbs picked fresh from the garden. Eggplant, Zucchini, Onion, Garlic, Red and Green Peppers, Parsley, Thyme, Basil and I almost for got--Tomatoes too. It was yummy. We served it with rice and peaches. MB
