Hi all, Well for some reason I could not get my new pictures to post in my original post of "Look what I got" so I am starting a new post here. I have been busy busy, waterproofing, scrubbing, painting, covering cushions etc. Below are some pictures of what e interior looks like NOW. ( see the other thread for the BEFORE shots) LOL Here is the new dinette area
Close up of dinette/cushions
Sweet decor
Needless to say I am having a ball fixin her up. I have really been enjoying this, and love going out there at night with my tea, and just sitting in her, and getting to know her. Still can't believe she is mine! Haven't come up with a name for her yet. Waiting until it "comes" to me. Still more to do, but it's been great so far. Even my DH and DS who said they had no interest are hanging out in her! It's quite comical actually. In fact yesterday as I was hanging the vintage hankies as a valance, my son said to me " Mom, don't make it TOO girly" LOL. Hugs,

Wow, what a difference. It is so pretty and looks professionally done. I think you will have many good times in your trailer. I am glad you are having fun creating a new space from times gone by. You honor all that took place within that space and are going to add your own good vibrations. Enjoy! Annie

Laurie, your new glamper is really shaping up to be fabulous! The dining area is too cute with those bright roses and pastels. I can just imagine how much fun you are having. It is like a grown up version of playing doll house! Remember when we were about 8 or 9 years old and spent hot summers making curtains, rugs and furnishings for our doll houses?? Only this time, it is for real and you can actually go somewhere in your doll house on wheels and have fun. Enjoy your project and please keep us updated on the progress! You are going to need a separate calendar for scheduling your expeditions! Who among us farmgirls wouldn't love to have that challenge!!
Stay Calm and Farmgirl on!

Thank you all for your kind words of encouragement! I am having fun playing around and fixing her up. I am very happy with the way she has turned out so far. She is far from perfect, but that's kind of what gives her the charm and character that she has. I am looking forward to spending lots of time in her, right in my very own backyard for now, and eventually taking her on the road. I will keep posting my progress as I go along! Hugs,

Here are a few more shots of the kitchen area. I painted behind the stove today, and also scrubbed the floor with a peroxide based cleaner, and it came out looking like new!

Thanks Marlene! I am so happy with the way she is turning out, and having a blast working on her! Now if it would just cool down a tad here I could enjoy spending the night in her! Hugs,
