ok, so after spending 2/3 of the day working on the property,,, clean up, weeding and watering... I jumped into the shower while the hubs was still on the tractor brushhoggin'... I had just gotten out and dressed when the phone rang... it was Marianne aka 'Rough start farmgirl'... she was letting me know her neighbors horse & Llama had gotten out and were crossing over another ranch toward us... sure enough my hubby spots them, grabs a lead rope and brings them to our corral... to which I called & informed Marianne to tell her neighbor the critters were safe in our corral... Rebecca jumped on her quad runner and dashed over via a 600acre ranch and Marianne & her hubby jumped in the truck... a happy ending and I think I am now engaged to 'Larry the Llama' who seemed to have a thing for me! lol!

Larry loves candy canes. Gets one everyday when we pass him on our way to the mailbox. Angie, the horse, has learned to like them, too. (Once Larry's discerning palate had ok'd them for her.) Thanks again for the help. My neighbor was very lucky to have a farmgirls and hubbys rescue!

Marianne... it was a fun eventful 'Father's Day' with my 2 guys..lol! Gary & Larry! lol!
