This is our first year growing a real garden. We are trying very hard to keep it organic. Our soil was basically very alkaline and "dead". We don't expect a bumper crop in anything this year, but we are learning and prepping for next year!! I did get some kale harvested a few times!

What beautiful kale! I finally noticed it after tearing my eyes away from those gorgeous blue eyes! Gabriel is a real cutie!
