i've been known to use ground turkey anywhere that i would use ground beef- it just doesn't "brown" as dark!
meatloaf or chopped up and fried and in a casserole- spaghetti sauce(basil oregano) -lasagna- tacos-chili-
if you want a more turkey-ish flavor add some spices llke sage

have fun with it!

BBQ mac n cheese: Mix it up with a batch of mac n cheese. Add some bbq sauce and a little cooked onion.

I loooove turkey burgers.

Found this recipe from a spa in Arizona a few years back and have never turned back. SO good on the grill.

Since turkey is so lean, you want to keep the burgers moist--the key here in this recipe is green apple. Yep, I just typed that--granny smith apple, peeled and diced fine (a little under a 1/2 of the apple), along with onion and fresh parsely. Salt, pepper a little garlic all mixed in and voila. Best burger I've ever had.
