Got a lovely Post Card from Margo. All the flowers on it, except the cattail, grow in my yard here in Michigan. Gave up trying to plant other flowers and just let the wildflowers take over. Sure is pretty and less work. Thanks! Margo.

Whew, mine are FINALLY all in the mail!
I have so enjoyed receiving all of the wonderful postcards. To date I have received 25 postcards!
This is truly a great swap that keeps on giving!

Tammy B. ~ I loved your African Postcard!!! It was so colorful and the Children
looked happy even loaded down with all that produce.
It sounded like both you and your husband did a Wonderful Service over there.
God Bless you for doing what so many of us wish we could do but never get the

Got my last 10 cards to go in the mail. Thanks CJ. I have SO enjoyed all the cards sent to me. I have been ill so often this summer. It really cheers me up to get a little farmgirl mail and pretend I am there, whatever card you all send me. This is always such a fun swap.

I received cards today from Tammy and Laurie.
Laurie, Love the Fire Island postcard! I've probably heard of that location for at least 40 yrs. Never really knew where it was. Sounds like a beautiful place. My very first roommate was from Babylong, Long Island. (Don't know why I remember that...we were only together about 2 weeks.) Thank you!
Tammy, what a wonderful and meaningful working vacation you must have had! Thank you for sharing? I always wondered how people could carry such a load on their heads. Are those pads I see under the containers. That must help a lot. I take so much for granted..sigh.
I love receiving the postcards all month long. It makes a day special! Thanks again, CJ!

I received two postcards, one from Tammy B I love the postcard of Africa, I always was so interested in Africa its an amazing place. The second is from Laurie from Fire
Island beach it looks so beautiful. Whoohoo! Just love all the cards.

I,too, received postcards from Fire Island and Africa. They are both pretty to look at. I have heard of Fire Island over the years. I think that when I am more child free I would like to go someplace to help. I am glad to live vicariously through you.

I got another post card today and two the other day, One from Peggy with beautiful tulips on them with the barns in the back, One from Africa from Tammy B, what a neat experience you had there. One from Fire Island from Laurie, What a beautiful card.

Laurie...I loved the Orient Point Lighthouse. I am a huge lover of Lighthouses...and always
thought it would be cool to live in one. I love how they are all so different and how their
locations are as unique as the structures themselves.

Hi girls! I just want to thank all of you for the wonderful postcards - SUCH a treat!!! :) I am happy to report, I have FINALLY bloomed! LOL! Although it is much later than most of you have sent yours, TODAY your postcards made it to the Post Office - just in the nick of time to meet the due date!!! I received two more postcards yesterday!
Thanks to Laurie for the scenic lighthouse postcard and to
Tammy for her colorful Ivory Coast card. Working vacations are
sometimes the most fruitful and certainly sounds like yours was
that and more!
