I just got home from the post office sending LavenderRose (Brenda) her swap gift, and came home to a box of goodies! Look what Brenda picked out for me! The cutest vintage print hankie with chickens! I love chickens! And a Thomas Kinkade mug, a strawberry candle holder, a picture frame with a rolling pin, some tea, and a beautiful heart. (I adore anything with ric-rac). I've had the worst week ever, and this was a nice thing to brighten it. Thank you, Brenda!

I can home and found a box filled with wonderful surprises today from my dear swap partner Becky. I received a very beautiful apron, and I do mean beautiful, it is even more special because its hand made. I have a matching dress to put on my cement goose, a pot holder, hand soap, and a hand made doll that you sit on air freshener, it so reminds me of the one my grandmother had in her bathroom that sat over a roll of paper. Thank you so very much Becky, you have no idea how much I will enjoy my gifts.
A big thank you to Judy for being our hostess, it was really great.

I am so happy that you enjoyed the swap. The farm sisters who join the swaps are so wonderful and send such beautiful gifts. There isn't a nicer bunch of ladies anywhere than here on the forum. Whether you need prayer...advice...a recipe...or just a friend to talk to they are always here. Thanks ladies for being the best.

I received the most amazing swap package from my swap partner Karla. She sent me a picnic basket with all the trimmings, a Kool-Aid bottle with Kool-Aid and ice tea. Moon pies which my husband claimed and the fixings for smores. The banner of the bird I hung proudly in my craft corner by my sewing machine.
It was my Angel's (my dog) 4th birthday and she thought the package came for her so she had to inspect it.
Karla I loved everything and thank you so much.

I received the sweetest cherry themed items today from my partner Beth. The most beautiful mug rug (I have wanted one for so long), it is hand made and signed so sweetly on the back, i could not love this more and will always treasure where it came from. Cute cherry recipe cards that will be put to use so soon, cherry notecards, really neat cherry compact mirror for my purse, both my young girls want to take it also. Two cute cherry magnets. Thank you Beth is was a wonderful package you sent.

Your package is on the way, and thank you so much for yours!! I absolutely love the cute hat! And although you said the other thing is a dishcloth, it will not be used for my dishes - it is too pretty! I have a little angel that I will set on it in my living room. The bag was already put to use - I took it to carry my garage sale finds in today. Your artist friend is very talented too - the card is great. I consider myself pretty crafty, but knitting and crocheting are 2 things I can not seem to get the hang of (unless you want one long chain), so I was very happy to receive your homemade knitted and crocheted items. This was only my second swap and it was so much fun. Thank you again.

Darlene, I got your pkg. late yesterday. And what a great surprise to see all the yellow. A burst of sunshine. Just love everything you gave me. Yellow is my favorite color so happy and bright. Thank you for the yellow kitchen scrub brush, the 4 piece bumblebee spreaders, the shea butter soap, the sunflower picture frame, and the peach mini wall pic., the peach notecards and peach recipe cards. Along with the yellow beach towel, bubbles and cute footies. I also got scrapbook summertime stickers. Your the best Darlene. Hope I didn't forget anything.
