Hello everyone! I just started receiving the MaryJanes Farm magazine, and thought I'd pop over here to see what was going on!
I'm newly married, in October 2012, and a new farm girl. We bought a house this past summer, here in Southern Indiana. So we got ourselves a nice 34 acre farm, and got "gifted" two horses when we moved. I've never owned anything bigger than a dog, or had a garden bigger than my front porch, so this should be an adventure!

Elizabeth: I wish you a great farm life. I spent my girlhood years on my uncle's farm in southern Iowa and live in Minnesota now. Congratulations to both of you newlyweds. Sunday is our 51st wedding anniversary and I have been blessed with a great life. We raise corn and beans and have koi and bonsai. Didn't expect the fish but they are my husband's hobby. Live every day with gratitude and love each new experience. Life is awesome.God Bless.

Eliabeth, congrats on everything that just happened in your world. I don't have a farm, but there are lots that do on here. If you have questions just ask. Welcome to the MJF.
