Here are the partners for the March Dotee Doll Swap;

1. Sign ups start now and end March 10th.
2. You must email your partner and exchange names & addresses by March 14th. Mail out deadline is March 31st.
3.Body of doll should be 3”-5” (not counting the loop on top of head or beads hanging below).
4. Doll can be made from, and decorated with, any materials. (fabric, felt, beads, etc)
5. If you need ideas, do a google images search or see tutorials on youtube.

I'll be visiting my little grandbabies out in California from the middle of March till the first weekend in April, so I can't join either. Will be back in swapping mode early April. Will miss making my little dotee girl!! Have fun girls!!

Well I contacted my dotee swap partner and let her know I was creating Miss Betsy Night Night. I think she is adorable so far, I still have a little left to do.

Madeline - Sending out your doll on Mon. 3-18. I call her "The Black Velvet Band" after the old Irish ditty whose chorus goes like this:
Her eyes they shone like the diamonds,
I thought her the queen of the land,

Debbie, I am also wondering what you mean about your Dotee being "hard to catch".Your picture above is certainly a teaser! I will have to get my camera out to be ready to photograph her when she arrives! If she's that slippery I will maybe need help to keep her still for a picture?
Dazzlin' Dahlia is in the envelope and we will be visiting the post office this afternoon. Hopefully you will get her by Tuesday.

Hi Glenda :) Nelwine caught a March wind & should arrive in Texas, Monday the 25th. As for Velvet, she has made herself at home & made friends with Dotee Rose :) Those two never stop chattering & are planning an Easter tea. I forgot to mention that Delwine talked me into sending her cottage with her. I hope you have room for it ;)????

I did not get a picture in of the Dotee you sent me in January.. She is so awesome, that I had to share her with the group. Definitely European or mysterious in her dress and accessories.
My other Dotees think she is really special and treat her like a dignitary! Hope everyone enjoys... This was from the January Swap
