I was feeling bad for a couple days and thought I had the flu. Now my tummy has been upset for 5 days and every time I eat I feel nauseous. Does anybody know a good way to keep this at bay? Was up super early this morning because of it and losing quit a bit of sleep over it. (P.S. I am not pregnant.)

there us a stomach bug spreading accross this country right now, starts out like flu ... This stomach flu and gastric flu is way easier to catch tho. Wash hands, wash hands, wash hands often. And clean area with a bleach solution 1 to 10

Rebecca, hope you feel better soon. I agree, wash hands, wash hands, wash hands.

probiotics, slippery elm, ginger, elderberry. That's what I'd do anyway.
