Hey ladies,

I was making a lady baltimore cake and wanted an icing that I could pipe on into ruffles, but was still the signature whipped cream icing. So I used this recipe http://allrecipes.com/recipe/stabilized-whipped-cream-icing/detail.aspx?event8=1&prop24=SR_Title&e11=whipped%20cream%20icing&e8=Quick%20Search&event10=1&e7=Home%20Page as a base and then replaced some of the ingredients.

Stabilized Whipped Cream Icing
2 Cups of Heavy whipping cream
1 Packet of MJF Chillover Powder
2 Tablespoons of Confect. Sugar
1 tsp Clear Vanilla Extract

Begin using an electric beater to whip the cream until soft peaks. At that point add the confect. Sugar and Vanilla. Beat once again until stiff peaks appear adding in the Chillover powder.

This icing kept in my fridge for 24 hours until it started to crack and loose the shape. Good Luck and good eats.
