Ladies,

I seem to have mixed up the last swap with the RWB, please let me know if you did not receive my block for the spring swap. Most of my RWB blocks are about ready to send out and I don't want to mix them up again. I thank you in advance for any and all help to get me s out.

Best always

Kim

Kim, just checked my mail today and received the Spring block you sent....it is lovely but I didn't join until the RWB star block invite was initiated. Sorry you were confused about that but would love to use it in a future project. Thanx!

My best to all,
Mel

Kim, I haven't received your block yet from the spring swap. Maybe it's still on the way here. I got RWB blocks from Melinda & Mel. Beautiful blocks, still working on my RWB will be in the mail soon.

Is anyone else going to send the host a RWB quilt block? I believe it is a good idea.

I am having trouble getting the measurements right on my star block. I have made the sample block (It's the same one you are doing Melinda) twice and this one is a perfect 12 inches. We need 12.5 inches right?
Can you help me with the cutout directions and sizes?

I used 4 inch thiangles to make my blocks. It will make two 4 inch square triangles. It was very easy. Just make sure the white/red and the white/blue blocks are ironed opposite each other. Found out the hard way. Doesn't make for good nesting.

Thanks Diana. I really really enjoy making these blocks. Can't wait till they are all in so I can put it together! I'm still waiting on one block in order to put the spring quilt together. If it doesn't arrive soon, I guess I'll make one so I can assemble my quilt. Thanks again for hosting :)

I have had to make a block or to to finish some of them. I kinda like it cause I can then pull it all together with a block that sets all of the others off.

Have fun.

Happy 4th everyone! Just hanging out at home today, enjoying a day off. Working 40 hours a week with FMS/CFS wears me out so just relaxing today celebratory enough. Hope everyone has a lovely holiday and weekend. Stay safe!

I'm lagging on getting these out, please forgive my slowness. I am working on them. My machine is being a putz so i'm glad you all can't hear me when it gives me fits lol. Take care!
