Today I received a very unexpected Valentine from Becky Messer, who was assigned my name for February Mail Art. First, I must say thank you! I loved, loved, loved the vintage cookbook, twig garden stake, and your homemade card. Wish I could do pictures.
Second, I hope many will join mail art and not feel intimidated in any way. I am no great artist, but it is so much fun to create something for someone who at least has one common interest with me (Mary Jane's Farm) even though we may never meet face to face.
My only request is that anyone who receives art say a quick "thank you, I got it" either by posting or sending a note.
Thanks to all of you who do. And another thank you to Becky.

I received a wonderful card from YOU Carol, that was awhile ago and its sitting on my craft room desk to respond to. Thank you! I have a stack of photos to send you too, I am hoping to have some time to write a letter this weekend. :)

Sarah, just read your message. We were without power for eight days due to the ice storm, and I'm just getting caught up with life. I can't wait to see your pictures!

Oh no! I hope that the weather has cleared up for you Carol! I mailed you a letter a couple days ago, it should be there any time. Sorry I am so slow to respond lately. Can't wait for summer and hopefully having a little more time!

This is the adorable card that Pennie made for me. And the cute little tucks
of A St. Paddy's Sticker and some very cool stamps.
