Mailed out my blocks 2 days ago. Should be arriving soon. Started on the RWB star block. I am laid up for work for a week, gives me something to do. All the quilt blocks are wonderful. Smile spinners gave me an idea to use permanent marker on material with your name and state on it to sew to the back of my project when finished so that I can remember who and where each quilt block came from. Have fun sewing.

She is on there every thing is good. As you can see there are 12 playing the block game So I took my self off as 13 is not easy. And I have one RWB don't have room or a need for two.

I wish I had thought to mark down who's block was whos. What a good idea! Hopefully I'll remember when the blocks come rolling in again. I also really enjoyed the little cards and letters. I've gotta step up my "farm-girl-mail-out" skills!

I waited to open my blocks and when I did I used a straight pin to the back of block with the return address label of envelope so I could still lay the block flat and move them wherever I need to place them.

Melinda, I got your block today as well. You asked me a question about the block I made. If you google 10 minute block on You Tube - you will find instructions on how to make it. Beautiful block! Love all of my blocks. Amy

My cat chewed thru the air hose connected to the foot pedal on my sewing machine again. My fault for leaving it within his reach overnight. UGH. I ordered a new one and will get the pedal Friday. Gotta get those RWB stars stitched.
