Hey Kristina,
Here's one of our favorites:
Cream Cheese Log
1 block cream cheese 1-Tablespoon Apple Jelly 1/4 cup chopped dried apricots 1/4 cup chopped dried tart cherries 1/4 cup chopped walnuts Chives
Place a sheet of plastic wrap on counter. Unwrap cream cheese and place on top of plastic wrap. Place another sheet atop that. Roll out cheese into a rectangle shape not too thin, and remove top sheet of plastic wrap. Spread jelly on top of cheese, sprinkle with dried fruits. Gently roll into a log. Roll in chopped walnuts and wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use. When serving, sprinkle a little bit of minced fresh chives on top of log or before rolling the log sprinkle about 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of the chives when adding the dried fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with wheat crackers and fresh fruit.
This is a very simple yet tasty appetizer to make. The cheese, fruit, and chives give this a unique flavor.

I make mini pizzas on Ritz crackers. Just spread cracker with sauce, top with a pepperoni and a square of cheese on top. Bake in 375 degree oven for approx. 5 minutes. Eat and enjoy!!!! Very easy to make a bunch of them at once.

Holiday Meatballs
1 package frozen Original or Italian Meatballs 1 Cup Heinz Chili SaUCE 1 Cup Grape Jelly
Heat meatballs according to package directions, Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine chili sauce and grape jelly. Heat until jelly is melted. Place meatballs in crockpot on warm temperature. Pour chili sauce mixture over meatballs, stir gently to coat. Serve warm. Makes 60 appetizers
Sausage Cheese Puffs
1 pound original recipe sausage. (I use Bob Evans) 2 1/2 Cups (10 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 2 Cups biscuit mix ( I use Bisquick) 1/2 Cup water 1 tsp. baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine ingredients in large bowl until blended. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on lightly greased baking sheets. Bake about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes about 60 appetizers.
BLT DIP
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix 1 container (8ounces) sour cream 1 cup Hellmans Real Mayonnaise 1 medium tomato, chopped (about 1 Cup) 6-8 slices bacon (1/2 cup) cooked and crumbled. Shredded lettuce
In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce; chill, if desired. Garnish with lettuce and serve with your favorite dippers. ( My family likes this dip with toast that is cut in triangular shapes. (Cut toast on the diagnal, then cut that piece into halves.)
Taste like miniature Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato sandwiches.
This recipe is easy peasy and makes about 3 cups of dip. The good part is it can be made ahead of time.
Hope these recipes help you out.

The one I'm always asked to bring is this: Pear, onion and Jack cheese strudel cups.
Filling 3 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 onion, finely chopped 1 Bosc pear, peeled, cored, finely chopped 3/4 cup (packed) grated dry Jack cheese or 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup grated sharp white cheddar cheese 3 teaspoons whole grain Dijon mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt Frozen phyllo cups to fill
Preparation: Melt 2 tablespoons butter in heavy medium skillet over medium heat. Add onion and sauté until golden brown, about 7 minutes. Add pear and sauté 3 minutes. Transfer pear mixture to medium bowl. Cool slightly. Stir in cheese, mustard and salt.
Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake phyllo cups according to instructions, and when filling is bubbly. Transfer to platter and serve.
Always a holiday favorite, very elegant and super easy. People think you slave all day over them.

Have you tried Jalapeno Jam over cream cheese served with crackers? We made the Jalapeno Jam this year and it is really good.

Every one loved the shrimp cocktail we brought to our last party. It wasn't that expensive (10 dollars) and it was easy...no prep at all! lol No cooking! lol haha
Also another friend brought dip in a small crock pot that was really good! Cream cheese, sour kraut, and pastrami. It was super good, she brought small pumpernickle and such bread to put it on.
I also took hummus and veggies, cucumber slices, black olives, and pickled okra.
