I'm making these right now. Yummy! Recipe said to use parchment paper (I'm out) or silicone sheet (don't have one). So far they are coming off the cookie sheets fine.

These do sound yummy. I made pumpkin sugar cookies, but I have never made pumpkin snickerdoodles.

I love anything with pumpkin. I've never heard of pumpkin snickerdoodles.

Hi, Paula..I just found your e-mail in my computer junk mail. I can still mail you a hard copy of the recipe or try the link above.
I found another recipe on pinterest for shortbread cookies that look like little hedgehogs. I will try those this weekend.
