I am making luggage/gift tags using recycled denim jeans and those plastic (vinyl) bags that bedding/curtains come it.

oh,,, I can see inserting grandbaby photos, in each tag and then tieing them on the
branches of a Christmas tree.

Have you tried making picture frames? I wonder if it could be done.
