Just wanted to share some photos of the centerpieces I came up with for a rehearsal dinner that was supposed to be 'elegant western' if there is such a thing. It was kinda tough coming up with a plan, as I was provided all red boots for a wedding with the colors, orange and pewter. You see, orange is the OSU color (where the bride and groom are in school) and red is their arch rival, OU's, color. All they knew was that they wanted the boots used in the centerpieces and that they wanted them to be elegant. Well, we here in Okieland do use our noodle, so this is what they got. :-) I was kinda proud. Oh, and the last photo is of the one centered at the head table. There were two of the red boot centerpieces but with smaller silver candleabras at either end.
