Been doing the Fall cleaning upstairs and washed my yo yo quilt again. Had to wash it several times when I got it a few years ago, it was really dirty. But it holds up really good. Washed it yet again yesterday and its fine. I would like to meet the lady that made it!
What a treasure! How do you wash your quilts? I know we're not supposed to send them to the dry cleaner but soaking them in the bath tub is just too hard for me to do...they weigh a ton when wet!

Nancy Jo,
That is so pretty and what a bargain you got. I'm working on one now and I really like how it's coming out. Will try and post a pic when it is done (which won't be for a while) But I do love working on it.

Since you get more joy out of giving joy to others, you should put a good deal of thought into the happiness that you are able to give...Eleanor Roosevelt
What a beauty! I just love quilts. I've never quited before, but last Saturday went to the Long Island Fair and actually tried my hand at making a square. I can see it easily becoming an addiction. I may try and start teaching myself, but plan to start small with perhaps hotpads, placemats etc.
