Is there anyone who could help me out on how to price hand spun yarn?
I do craft shows and want to try it out on selling my hand spun yarn, but not sure what and how to price them.

My suggestion is to visit other fiber festivals in your area and compare the prices and quality of your fiber, dying and spinning to what is offered.

I just visited the Third Coast Fiber Festival in Detroit and was kind of blown away by the prices that were being asked - hand knitted scarves from hand-painted yarn - asking price was $75.00.. I did not see how many were actually sold at that price. I would never spend $75 for a scarf, but that is because I am perfectly capable of making one for myself, and since I have done so, I already have a scarf. But you never know what city people who can't make things themselves are willing to pay!

It really depends on your local market. If customers are upscale things will go much higher than if in a lower-income area, but quality must be relative also.

On the other hand, you could price it based on an hourly rate, how long does it take you to spin that skein? Multiply the number of hours times the minimum wage rate, bump the rate up if you have exceptional artistic skills, price accordingly...

You can also look at Etsy to get an idea of what others are asking for their product.
