I would love to have some new ideas how to use ground pork. We always do patties for sandwhiches. We recently had one of our hogs butchered & now have an abundance of ground pork since I mostly did chops, steaks & ground. Thanks for sharing.

Beth, You could use the ground pork with chopped onion and minced garlic. Then take a loaf of french bread cut off one end save for later,scoop out the ,inside mix bread and meat mixture with one egg spoon into bread shell and bake @350 for 45 mins. Slice and serve with favorite sides. Laurie
