My brother is getting married next summer and they are looking for a large quantity of some kind of white and/or black fabric. I think the want it a bit heavier than cotton, using it as a way to help with sound as well as decoration as they're reception is going to be in a large shop. Would any of you know where I could look to find fabric in bulk?

eBay. I have purchased bulk fabrics on eBay the couple of times I have been comissioned for wedding dresses and for ritual cloaks as well.

try pendelton woolin mill in oregan ( they have wool in mill ends alot of times they have lots of black)
