Anyone use Weck Jars? Picked up 6 at the goodwill today--any tips if you do have experience with them?

Thanks!

MaryJane mentions them in her Outpost book, so I got curious and looked them up online. WIlliams Sonoma sells two sizes of them, and also the clips and rubber rings if you need to replace them. I think they look lovely, and they're obviously so easy to fill -- nice! Lucky you for finding them at Goodwill. Some girls have all the luck!
