started hand embroidering a center of a wall hanging I plan on doing for my Master bath which is a pretty deep rose color
I had hubby and bIL put up an old fashioned iron towel rack with pretty scroll work and other pretty designs on it.
I got it for about $3.00 I think at the flea market years ago
told him I wanted it refinished in white to put in my girlie bathroom
I want to hand embroidery a old fashioned southern lady with flowers and may a bird or butter fly too if I have room on the material. as the rod isn't to wide there.
On the design I am working now. I have 2 love birds, a pretty butterfly and a pretty big basket of flowers.
I want to make that into a small quilt hanging.
then over the tolilet ; hubby put up an anitque shelf that was his great aunts. with a little towel rod he added.
I will embroidery another little picture there.
I have dark purple plush scatter rugs on the floor.
on the floor pattern there are little flowers that have a touch of pale pink and purple in them.
oH,
I also want to make a curtain valance for my window ;
I have some pretty material with pink an pale roses on it.
I finally got some pipping stuff for the edging
oh, and my little dressing table ( a folding table , I brought from QVC.)
planning on making a table cover for that out of the same material
and to cover my old brown folding chair
I had gotten a pretty oval mirror from victorian trading post
it has pretty pink roses on it all around. ( what else. ) ha
i hope I can sew all these things before I get so old i can't lol
has any one made a chair cover for a folding iron chair ??
are they hard to make ? hugs sheila
