It is sitting in the colander, wrapped in cheesecloth and I can hardly wait the 2 days before I eat some. The yogurt I made last week is great, hubby eats a bowl every day.

I have attempted goat cheese twice. I haven't had much luck. Your recipe calls for 2 days in the colander? Maybe that is my problem? Not long enough draining.

A rind is a terrible thing to waste. Compost.

When they had all had enough to eat, he said to his disciples, “Gather the pieces that are left over. Let nothing be wasted.”

I'm going to try our goat milk with a soft cheese recipe I have. I can't wait to try it. We are just now getting milk.
