Well, I have left the probate issues, the lawyer issues, the tax issues for my dear brother to deal with, "closed up" our beach house, said goodbye to the Florida kis/grand and have spent the last 2 days at the farm in NC. This am we said goodbye to the farm kids/grandgirls and yes, I have shed a few tears BUT the car is packed and we are ready for our grand trip across the country. We are so blessed to have this adventure and we are so excited! I found out yesterday we are going to be living in Happy Valley, OR. I took it as an omen. I start at the hospital 4/24 so we plan to see everything we can see by then. WESTWARD HO! I'll keep you posted. Joey

Everyone should drive across the US once. It gives you a real sense of how large the country is. And a deep appreciation for many of the different areas. What route are you taking?

Take care Joey-You are going to LOVE getting to know this great country of ours on your journey out west! There is nothing quite like getting into the car and hitting the road.

Wish I could hang onto your bumper and tag along. I hear that part
of the country is beautiful. Have a safe trip. I will pray for you
and your family. Time to put giggle in your wiggle and a song of joy
in your heart. You have bee through some very tough and trying times.

Ooooops! I misspelled the word "now." I just don't understand how this
happens. All of the letters of the alphabet are on the keyboard. Why random keys jump up and misspell my words beyond me. LOL! (Operator error) LOL!

Well, I know where Sunny Valley, OR, is but I don't think I've heard of Happy Valley, OR. Where is it?
