I am so happy to have this FGOM honor. Next, month is our 30th wedding anniversary! So, this is the icing on the cake celebration of being a farm girl for over 8 years now. I've lost track of when I actually joined the forum. I've had so many wonderful experiences with swaps and barter's and the tea party gathering with Florida farm girls. I met Winnie and Karla and her friends. My husband still remember's you all and was delighted that Ceejay and Karla thought of me for this honor. Not to mention the loving support to my humble Etsy shop too.
I've tried just about every item in MJF online store. I love the organic bedding. I joined the sisterhood and made it through a good number of the merit badges. I've had the pleasure of advertising in her magazine and her website's. All in all it has been such a enjoyable experience.
I never expected a subscription to MJF magazine would result in so many amazing and wonderful connections with like minded women from around the globe.

What a delightful surprise I received in the mail today from a wonderful and very generous Farm Girl, Karla!!
You made my day!! I am walking on clouds. hehe!
I love everything you sent me. The apron is my favorite next to the teapot and teacup. I can't wait to use the bee tea strainer and taste the delicious teas. I am going to send out Thank you cards using the personalized cards to all who send me something in the mail this month. I will save the journal to write secrets of the heart of all the things I am grateful for each day. The little bee magnet is going on my fridge to hold all my inspirational quotes. I put the sachet bag in my husband's room to freshen it up a bit. He will love it. He loves that kind of thing too. Giggle!
Thank You! Karla from the bottom of my heart. You are a true blue farm girl to me.

Yesterday, Winnie surprised me with a gift in the mail. I also had the pleasure of meeting her at the farm girl tea party meet-up a few years ago. She is such a gracious farm girl. Thanks so much Winnie!
There is a lovely soap with it's own little bag. A vintage crochet trim hankie. (one of my favorite things) a coaster and tea.(another one of my favorite things) the ribbon will be added to my stash.

Marsha, I am so happy that you enjoyed your little surprise!! It was fun making the soap scrubby for you too. I love those things and use one every time I shower with my favorite soap. When I was little, my Mom made me a crocheted scrubby is the shape of a turtle, and all the little soap scraps ( Mom wasted nothing) were placed in the turtle body. I absolutely loved that thing and I still have it after all these years somewhere in this house!! LOL!! It was perfect for little hands and scrubbing those dirty feet from going barefoot!! LOL!! The coaster has one of MaryJane's milk top graphics. When she had her store in Moscow, Idaho, she sold her milk and the tops were these adorable labels. This is one of several graphics that she used. They make fun coasters for Farmgirl gifts and I love sharing them with others in swaps and gifts.

That is such a fun story Winnie. I wish I could have saved something my Mother made me when I was young. She sewed our clothes when we were in Elementary school and handed them on to other families with lots of girls.

@Bonnie you are so kind to give me your Congrats! Thank you so much! I am working on making something fun with all of my goodies my sweet farm girls are sending me. Maybe an album or something, something. The creative juices are still brewing in my mind.
