So I'm wanting to create a one of a kind baby quilt for a friend.
Her nursury theme for her son is in space decor and I found this darling rocketship print.
I'm thinking I'm just going to back it with a solid or a contrast... and applique a large rocket ship to the center of the quilt on the rocket ship side...
But on the BACK! I'd like to applique' a TARDIS (From Dr. Who) The daddy is a huge fan of the BBC series.
I've never done applique' before.
Does anyone have any ideas where I could find a pattern for a police call box? ('blue '60s phone booth) or do you think I could draft one?

oh I am sure if you google it you will find all the different ways to applique. They are all pretty easy. Sounds like a wonderful project you are working on!!!!!
