I have so many books ; i haven't been to the library for them in years. really, I think I could open my own library , lol glad you are enjoying it, hugs sheila
I LOVE my library. I would not live in an area where I could not access a library. We live in a funny area where 3 counties come togeteher and one township has areas in those 3 counties. Now I live in the county with the nearest library and if you do not live in said county you may not get a library card. It is so sad to see people who come into the library who have the same mailing city as me NOT be able to use the library because they do not pay taxes to my county. Remember if you do not go to the library you are not counted in the usage of your library. If you do not check out books you do not count in the circulation count of your libray. When it comes time for your area to decide if the library if still a viable option your non usage will count. Ladies, protect our libraries by using them more!!

I'm reading 4 books at once. Yep...4! My 10 yo dd is just like me. The other day she poured out her book bag from school. I saw 3 books in there with bookmarks...."are you reading all of those?" I asked. "Yep! It depends on what I feel like reading." Ha ha ha ha!
I picked one or two at random yesterday, and can't wait to dig into them.
Love the libraries here too. In VA you can have a library card anywhere in the state. I have quite a nice little selection of cards! I remember when I was working for the State Library over 20 years ago they were trying to institute a state wide card. That never happened, but the cooperation between libraries is phenomenal.
