My family loves recipes made with legumes (peas, beans & lentils). I just posted a couple of easy recipes on my blog.

Check it out if you need a snack item, or you want to make lentil tacos:

I also use the lentils from the taco recipe cold in salads. They make a great taco salad without all the grease that you get from taco meat.

Enjoy!

I too love legumes. Bought about 50 # of several kinds of lentils from an area not too far from you...Farmington, WA. I served lentils the other night, but I see some intriguing recipes I will cook. Thanks for sharing and now I have your blog. I am also following you on Pinterest.

Thank you both for the kind words. I'm trying to post 34 years of experience on my blog, but getting my thoughts (and pictures!) organized is a challenge!!!
