Yep! That's just what this is! Try this low fat twist on an old "favorite"...
Basil leaves 1-2 cups(stems trimmed) 1 clove of garlic crushed 1/8 - 1/4 c. chicken stock (lowfat/ salt, organic blah, blah) 1 Tbs olive oil 1/2 c. fresh parmesan cheese Whir in your food processor until you can't stand the noise (about 1-2 minutes) and all items have blended nicely. Add 1 c. of pistachios and pulse to blend in but don't obliterate!
Serve on your favorite tortellini, ravioli or any pasta...enjoy!
