Does anyone here sell on either venue? I have sold off and on with eBay for 13 years but really pushed in in 2010 and made Silver PS. After during that year I got really unhappy with how they treat sellers and started moving more towards Amazon which is where I have stayed.
Sold a few things here and there on etsy (piano ivory and ebony sharps, misc vintage finds) but I am not talented enough to make my own items.
Just wondering who is doing what!

Like you I don't care for the way eBay treats their sellers-I'm a bronze PS/top rated seller and my fees were at an all time high in Sept....$300!! And I'm not supposed to accept money orders there either. So I opened a store on Bonanza. Having a time getting my customers over to the new place even with a friendly flyer of explanation. Do check out Bonanza and if you sign up,please say mandolinbabes referred you.

Sherrie, eBay fees are crazy!!! I love, love, love Amazon. They have a program called FBA (fulfilled by Amazon) where you send your items to their warehouse so no cluttering your house!

Well, I'm glad you posted this because I was leaning towards Ebay, just by a hair though. I think it had more to do with name recognition than anything. I bought a movie from Amazon and have been happy with just that.
I'll have to look at Bonanza. Sherrie, it's something like Bonanza.com or similar? I can Bing it and prolly find it.

Winona, send me your email addy & I'll send you a Bananza referral thingy. I think peeps like eBay because they feel there's some sort of accountability there. I have 1 negative feedback from a buyer who absolutely went postal on me-his item got lost in the mail-I couldn't track it nor could the company who drop shipped it for me. His emails were so abusive I sent those to eBay telling them I was being cyber bullied. Despite this, they never removed the -feedback.
