I got up this morning after having an epiphany in the middle of the night and decided to add something to our giveaway to up the ante. No use having a pie tin set and a "first out" pie spatula if you don't have an Oklahoma Pastry Cloth™ on which to roll out your dough, and so I am throwing in two OPC cloths, one for each of the two winners. If you would like to throw your name in the hat, just comment at the very bottom of the blog posts where it says "comments" in blue. You can comment as often as you like. Each comment gets you an entry. The drawing is on Monday, the 13th just in time for Valentine's Day.

Hi MaryBeth,
went over and "entered" on your blog for your awesome giveaway. thank you for the opportunity! Loved all that you had to say about contentment too- oh how true. How much simpler life would be if we could all be "Content". And I agree- its 99% attitude.

Mary Beth, I got so tickled when you mentioned the bread recipe ...lol...I would love to see the pics and recipe on your blog. I made the recipe and it is so easy...and is so nice to be able to have it quickly. But I would like to say that I got the recipe from Patty(thebyrdhaus) who got it from the link I referenced. Just wanted to give credit where credit was due... I would like to tell you that I changed the flour...I used 2 cups bread flour, 2 1/2 cups plain flour and 2 cups wheat flour...love the way it turned out and everyday it remains in the fridge it gets even better. DH likes it hot so I make a small loaf that is just big enough to give each of us 2 pieces. Enjoy
