Tonight on our way home my husband stopped the truck and got out and picked me some buttercup. When I came home I put them in a vase. Just a little while ago I go in the kitchen and the flower are wrapped in paper towels. When I ask my son why did you waste all them paper towels. He said the flowers are cold you don't want them to be cold do you? He is three you got to love them

Sweet! I love little kid logic. Never ceases to make me smile. My 6 year old says I get to be resurrected as Wonder Woman. Cool!

So sweet! I love the things they say. A few days ago, Violet (also 3) and I watched a documentary on the dwindling tobacco crop in our state (kentucky) and she watched them stringing tobacco on poles, then hoisting them, horizontally to hang in the barns. After a time, she looked over at me and said, "mahmee, the guys are hanging up leaf shirts!" And when I looked, it DID look like shirts hanging on a closet bar!
