Put thick pork chops in 350 oven. Cook until about half way done. In skillet, melt 1/4 to 1/2 stick of butter. Saute onion slices for 1-2 min. Add diced apples and saute until almost soft. Add all spice (1/4 tsp), 1/4 tsp dry mustard, 1 tblsp of vinegar and about 1 to 1 1/2 cups brown sugar (depends on your taste) and mix until brown sugar has "liquefied" 3-4 min. When chops are about half way done put mixture on top of chops and cook until chops are done. Please note that these are estimated measurements. When I came up with this recipe, I never measured anything. You can adjust measurements to your liking. The vinegar helps balance out the sweetness of the brown sugar. Serve with mashed taters and veggie of your liking. Hope you like it.

Hope all of you like it. Tip...put some tin foil in the bottom of your baking pan for easier clean up!
