Have an extra Dotee you made that doesn't fit into a swap? Give her up for adoption.
Here's how it works.
I will offer up the first Dotee for adoption. If you want to give her a home, post that you will take her, and offer up the Dotee you made for adoption. You will then send your address to the person adopting the Dotee out.
Please adopt the Dotee and immediately offer up your Dotee, so that the adoption process can continue, without delay.
If you don't have one made, offer her up as a mystery dotee.
If you want to send your Dotee overseas, say it in your post, otherwise, we'll keep it domestic. Please send your Dotees out within a week or so.
If you don't receive a Dotee, please let me know, but be sure to include your email address in the body of the email, as I can't log on sometimes.
For example I might post:
Dotee for adoption.
Her name, or a hint, brief description. You might even offer up a mystery Dotee.

What are the dimensions of a dotee doll? I've seen a few, and might like to make some. Is it larger than an ATC? Thanks for any help.

they are 3-5 inches. If you want to see some either google dotee dolls or go to the threads that are swapping them and they have some pics too.

When you decide to adopt the Dotee, you have to put one up for adoption in the same post, to keep the adoptions happening.
So Peggy, please offer a Dotee up for adoption :)

I have One Heart Shaped Dotee Doll up for Adoption
Her Name is Peg-of-My-Heart (she will come with adoption papers) once I know who wants to adopt her.

This is contagious and addicting!
I would love to adopt "Peg-of-My-Heart" and let her experience love and fun in my home!
I have a very brand new born dotee who wishes to go by the name of "Maggie O'May".
She has chased some rainbows, hoping to find some pot of gold with no luck. Maggie found new love!
She much prefer to chase the areola borealis because it is like a rainbow that dances. She did get too close to one and boy, does her hair show it! She may look all frazzled but she is happy and carefree!
Maggie O'May is looking for a home that would allow her to dance!

Karrieann...I am so thrilled that you wish to adopt "Peg-Of-My-Heart". She is so cute I almost wanted
to adopt her myself. LOL Just a couple finishing touches (she is made) just a little bling and her adoption papers and I will try to get her in the mail to you at the beginning of the Week.
I know she will brighten a space in your Heart and Home!

Peg-of-My-Heart has arrived in Georgia yesterday!
What a Sweetheart she is!
I adore her and right now she is checking out my craft room.
It is a disaster but I think she will be able to encourage me to get it all spiffy and organized.
She is eyeing a special spot to live!

Sorry Trish...the Adoption Certificate just popped out of my mouth and
it just sounded like it would add even a bit more fun to the Adoption.
I enjoyed Creating my Certificate as much as the Dotee Doll. If others
wish to use the wording but using your own Doll name and who it goes to,
that is fine with me. Or Create your own style to match your Dotee's style.
