Just made my first yogurt ever last night, along with 'yogurt cheese' (think: Greek yogurt-like). Today I made panir (paneer) which is lemon cheese. I took the whey, added in some more lemon juice and sugar and it tastes like a melted lemon ice box pie. It's such a shame in our country that we aren't taught this stuff in school. SO EASY.
