Yup, I was shopping and saw the sale sign. Couldn't pass it up. Saved over $15. Now I'm putting it into smaller bags and seal-a-mealing them.
Now I have to cook with it. Hubby just gave me that "Whatever you want dear" look when I told him I bought it. Then he asked if there was anyone that might want some. Hmm, no so the idea, not to mention no one in his family knows how to cook with it. We are still playing with non-gluten flours.
Giusto's is a great flour company - I was the bulk foods manager/buyer for an organic/gourmet grocery for several years and I stocked a lot of Giusto's flour - very high quality! And good score:)
