Like when you are writting along and want to insert a site you want someone to look at? I'm not to smart on these things.

You can just copy the address from your address bar in your browser and paste it into your text wherever you'd like it :)
If you want to have a photo link to a website, that gets a little more complex, is that what you want?

Hey Nancy Jo :)
If you go to your dashboard and click on new post you will see a header on the top of the box (where you write your post). Click on the one that says "link" and you can add the website/url on one line and the text you want displayed. IE: the link for Pioneer Woman's recipe for Apple Dumplings and then the text would read "Apple Dumpling recipe".

To insert a link in blogspot, highlight the words you want people to click on to go to the link. Click on the icon that looks like a metal chain link. You should get a box that asks you to put the web address you want to link and if you want it to open in another window.

If you are required to use HTML in your blog to insert a link you will write <a href="the url of the link">The name of the link</a> For my site it would look like this: <a href="http://www.oklahomapastrycloth.com">Oklahoma Pastry Cloth</a> Clear as mud? :-)
