Somewhere I asked about belonging to this but I don't recall ever getting anything on who my sister would be. It's very possible that I got it and it got lost as I have had numerous problems with my PC losing mail, if that is the case I am so sorry. If not I may not have sent my request to the right person or my silly PC might have sent the request to the Moon, anyway ... I would like to belong please send me a secret sister.

This Secret sister swap will end with April.
Please continue sending your sister her gifts untill April.
With Aprils gift, please let her know who you are.
I am going to start an new swap for May, June, July and August. Four months only.

I received my March gift full of exciting things, I will write more later.
Thanks so much for being my Secret Sister.
The rose tote bag is beautiful and it holds all the items you sent. I did take a picture of it. I am still off of my home computer though. I loved the antique post card and lavender one also .

Oh! What a surprise in the mail today from my sister sister. Love the pin cushion...How cute this is. I will post a picture later tonight.
Just love it!!!My "Quilting Friendship" Craft day will love it. Cann't wait to show the girls.

I want to tell my secret sister that I have received the great packages she sent me this past month! I had back surgery and ended up taking longer to recuperate in Ohio and did not get home until last night. I spent a week in the hospital and another 1 and 1/2 day this week before I was able to travel back to Indiana.
I opened the great packages last night and was so surprised! THANK YOU and I will get pictures and hopefully posted soon. I must say back surgery is not a picnic and having rods and screws in your back along with a long (10 inches or more) incision in your back can be a pain as well as an inconvience! I live by BLT, no bending, no lifting, no twisting and will be living by that for 3 to 6 months! What a great time, right?
I also want to tell my secret sister that I owe her some mail and will be getting it out to her next week! I AM BEHIND in all my commitments! But I do plan to stand behind them.

| To my wonderful SS the mailman delivered your package today and Thank you Thank you. I have to know how did you find out that cardinals are our favorite bird. My husband was equally excited over them, and the scarf you went over the top. I have already worn, never had one and I really enjoy it. Thank you again. I have loved everything and I keep all your cards on my dresser, it's nice when your having a bad day and you can look a see a card sent from a friend and how it lifts your spirits. |

I haven't received anything from my SS since February. I believed I posted a thank you for the book mark and card from January! I also have sent multiple packages and cards to my SS and haven't seen anything posted from her so I hope
she received the packages and that she is okay. I don't want to be a burden to anyone, but I feel that if you sign up to be a SS be sure that you have the time and energy to follow through as it is hurtful to be on the other end and not remembered or thoought of.

Hey we should make a list of ladies that join swaps and then they DON'T follow thru and THEN put their names altogether and let them do their own swapping LOL. This way us ladies who LOVE swapping won't be disappointed anymore. What you all think lol.

Joan you've read my mind. I never received a thing from my ss and don't know if my last gift arrived to my ss as I haven't heard yet.
Many of these ladies are in every swap going on. I wish everyone could be honest but that's only in a perfect world. :/

so sad to hear of your dissapointing swaps girls... i have been so fortunate to always get a wonderful SS.. Cheryl you got some crazy cool stuff. I love when everyone shows what they have received. Gives me ideas. Yeah its a bummer not receiving but have always enjoyed swaps. When I'm in a bummer one I take a break for awhile.

Hi Gail, Yes isnt my SS fantastic??? she is right on with my taste.. I just added your blog to my faves.. Love it. I make my own laundry detergent too, but i didnt have a fabric softener recipie, do now! thanks.. i hope the next swap will be more fun for you. just think that hopefully the gifts that you sent to your SS made her happy, and you were able to bring some joy to her who knows what her circumstances are. will look forward to reading your blog!

Darlene you put a smile on my face today. I came home from delivering cupcakes I made this morning for a local care facility for their annual Easter party and found a box full of Easter goodies FOR ME! I appreciate your thoughtfulness. Thank you.
