I was driving to town this morning and saw the sign at a little Baptist church. It said "Be nice to your enemies. You made them." I thought that was brilliant.

I have seen so many good church signs. What are some in your towns?

I saw one the other day:

Not the same without Christ is it?"

I love those. Another one I saw said, get your face out of facebook and into my book. Some of these signs are really good. And I always read them when I see them.

Kris, I don't necessarily agree with that first sign "you made your own enemies". Sometimes, people do things to others that they don't even know. How can a person gossip about another with out knowing that other person or the circumstances surrounding the gossip? How can a person kill or maim person he/she doesn't know. That person automatically becomes your enemy because he/she did something to you not the other way around. And, yes, you should pray for them. You don't necessarily have to do something to another to have an enemy.

I like that one too. So many times I ask a question and I am told to google it. Yes, most of the time I get the answers I need, but there are times only God has the answer.

Lorena, I am still pondering your comment. Still not sure I totally agree. There are some good points you have said. But I do believe we make our own enemies. Not only people but things. And I agree that not all the time do we make them. They do it themselves. This is a tough one for sure but one I will be thinking about. Thank you for your comment.

My favorite was on a billboard a it the form of a letter, "Don't make me come down there! ~ God"!

My Hubby found a t-shirt with that on it!

Angela, I remember a few years back all the billboards with little one liners from God. That's a good one. What a mess it is down here for sure.
