Supposedly if the county moves as quickly as they "should", we will be closing on the farm by the end of this week. Today we were up there painting again and the seller stopped by with his wife - they are just the nicest people and we heard all sorts of stories about the history of the house. It was so fun! Then a neighbor stopped over (he has some machinery stored in a Quonset on the property and he was moving it before closing) and he walked right up and introduced himself, friendly as could be! It just left a really good feeling in my heart to be surrounded by all these nice people who are so friendly and kind. :) I can't wait for this to be all official!

Be yourself. Everyone else is already taken. -Oscar Wilde
It's always great to meet the neighbors before you move in (if you do it early enough sometimes you can avoid being trapped with a bad one!)

He kept it up until a hunter came along and shot him. The moral: When you're full of bull, keep your mouth shut.” ~Will Rogers
