I found this on Pinterest, though it was an "upload by user" so I can't quote a source for it, I even ran a quick Google search, but came up empty. It's pretty basic and directions shouldn't be needed.

I saw these at a craft fair a few years back. Very cute idea, and very simple to make, I think.

I know I could find lids in thrift shops . . I spend a lot of time in them. But that is the problem . . most of what I've seen there just aren't what I'd like to use. However, I'm a regular customer, so there is always next time . . I hope!
