It's hard to pick a favorite in our house. The top choices each holiday are: Buckeyes, Toffee, Angel Cookies (butter cut-outs), Sour Cream Softies, and Noodle Ting-a-Lings.

They are super easy!

Noodle Ting-a-Lings
1 - 12 oz. package of chocolate or butterscotch chips
1 cup salted peanuts (optional)
2 cups chow mein noodles

Melt chips in double boiler, stir in noodles and peanuts. Drop onto waxed paper and let harden.

Note: We add a teeny bit of butter to the melted chips. We love making these with butterscotch chips.
