Joey-I'll keep an eye out for the box.

No snow here-that's sticking anyway.

Jessie,
I forgot to put the Kentucky Pole bean seeds back in the box. If you want any I will send them on to you. If not, I'll just send them on to the next person to re-add into the box. Just let me know. Joey

I received the box yesterday. It was so packed it
exploded onto the kitchen counter.

Lots of great stuff inside.

Hopefully I'll have it mailed by the weekend.

Jessi Lynn and Sandy...It would be really great if each gal could specify immediately once she gets
the Box herself...to whom she will be sending it on to in one weeks time. That way the next girl can
start preparing her things and know that she is next. Gives her a little heads-up before it arrives
on her door step.

Thanks and blessings,
peggy

Jessi Lynn...I got the box today! All I can say girlfriend is that you are a much better packer than I am! lol ~ I went through the box and got what I wanted. Was just a smidgen disappointed that there were so many seed packs in there. Only because I had a lot more craft stuff I wanted to include in the box...but not enough room.

Anyway, the box is re-packed and bulging...ready to mail out to
Rebecca Steimer on Tuesday when the post office is back up and running from the Holiday. Open carefully Rebecca...it will explode! You will probably need to buy a new box when you ship out.

This was fun...blessings,
Peggy

Oh boy! I will take some of those seeds! I'm promising myself that I will start some seeds in February, but we'll see how that goes. I want to include some fabric and home made canned goods in the box, so hopefully someone can find some use out of it. Also, I accidentally bought some labels that are for laser jet printers, not ink jet. They were pricey, but I'd already used a page, so I couldn't return them. Anyone left on the list have a use for these? Let me know and I'll include those too! I haven't responded too much on this thread, but I've been reading every post, anticipating when it is my turn :) What a fun idea!

Oh Rebecca, I would be surprised if there was room for any canned goods in that box. It was FULL when I sent it and I'm sure it still is. Farmgirls have such generous hearts. Enjoy. Joey

Rebecca...Joey is right, absolutely no room for canned goods and it would up the shipping cost and this
box came to me at just under $12.00 to ship. It might be over that when I ship it. So...just add crafting
or office items. Take all the seeds you want...as I took none.

blessings,
peggy

sounds like after our first round we stick to craft stuff. I think a seed round robin would be fun, might have to do that a little later!!!!!

Sandy...good idea! I am all for that! This was fun and I would be up for turning right
around after everyone has had their first go at the box and doing it again!!!! Like I said, I
had more I could have added and wanted to.

I just received the box on Friday, and now I see why you all thought I was crazy to want to include canned goods. It's kind of funny to think of cramming some pickles into this box :) I thought the box was going to be bigger, but we've certainly managed to fit a lot into it! I am getting my things together and will hopefully have it shipped off by Wednesday, and certainly no later than Friday. I love all the beads, stickers, and paper. Lots of treasures.

Rebecca...glad it got there without exploding in route to you. LOL

The lady at the Post Office thought I was pushing the Flat Rate deal to the max...but she sent
it that way anyway. I was so happy!!!

I sent the box on Saturday. Sorry I didn't send it sooner, but Friday was a snow day, and I'm too much of a wimp to drive in it. Because of Martin Luther King Day, it will probably arrive at Rachel Champlin's House Wednesday or Thursday, I'm guessing. Have a great week, everybody!

Thanks Joan for your interest. We are coming to the end of round one and might have a spot in round 2. Right now we are trying to keep it to 10. So I will keep you posted to see if we have a drop out or two.
