We grew popcorn in our garden this year. First time since I was a kid & I remember is was so fun to have our own. But there are a few things I am not sure of. We let it dry before we pulled the ears off & tried popping some but it went right through the hot air popper & never popped. Do I need to let it dry more? Or is this something that I will have to pop on the stove & not hot air? I can't remember how my mom did it; she seems to think she popped it hot air too. My son & I picked the rest today & let the shucks, thought we would hang it to dry for a while before trying again.
If anyone has any suggestions, I would love to hear them. Thanks a bunch!
