I got an email from the marketing firm that handles the Red Gold® Tomato Company, saying that they had read my blog and wanted to send me a sample box from the company with a cookbook. That was awhile back and I just forgot about it. Then, last Wednesday, it came!! And it was so fun. I have already made one of the recipes and posted it at the blog. It is awesome!! But it just was a highlight for the month. Funny how little surprises can just pump you up!! :-) Here's a picture of what was in the box.
