I see the nutrition facts for Unbleached White Budget Mix on the website, but it neglects to say what IS one serving size. Is it 1/4 cup? 1/2 cup?
I buy in bulk and put it into my own container, but I threw out the nutrition facts slip that comes in the bag.

Howdy JessieMae,
The nutrition facts are actually written for 2 prepared biscuits. I did a little reverse math from out biscuit recipe and it comes out to 2/9ths of a cup. Sorry that I don't have a "cleaner" number for you.
